The principal aim of Artegis Healthcare is to provide accommodation and support to adult residents with mental health needs, mild learning difficulties or recovering from substance abuse.

Based in Knaphill, a village in Woking, Surrey, Stede House is close to the local shops and amenities and there is a good bus network serving Woking and the surrounding areas.

Artegis Healthcare's mission is to deliver quality, innovative, person centred and living changing support services which people with mental health needs, mild learning difficulties or recovering from substance abuse, are to experience, share and enjoy a fulfilling community life. Central to the way we run our services is our belief that the rights of service users are paramount and their dreams, hopes, wishes and aspirations should shape our delivery service. Our guiding principle also includes to promote inclusion of service users in the local community and wider society.
