Artegis Healthcare was established in 2017 by Paul and Toko Chater.

Toko is  a Registered Mental Nurse having qualified in Mental Health Nursing from the University of Surrey in 2002.    Toko has worked both in private mental health and NHS hospitals in Surrey, in different settings, ranging from medium secure services to step-down facilities.    As the Manager of Stede House, Toko is responsible for ensuring that the Supported Living services provided to clients is consistently of a high quality,  that the care planning processes are person centred and that all records are completely accurate in accordance with legislative requirements.

Paul is a Charted Surveyor and is responsible for administration and financial accounting and reporting as well as looking after the maintenance of Stede House .   Paul's previous managerial experience, both as a Partner and Head of Department, compliment's Toko's practical experience as a Registered Mental Nurse.

​

Toko and Paul are assisted by Linah Magora as Team Leader and Bonele Ntuli as Compliance Manager, together with four full time and three part time support workers.
